The RIDE Annual Conference Proceedings is published by Western Philippines University as part of its Research, Innovation, Development, and Extension (RIDE) initiative and agenda. It brings together papers that have gone through the University's internal review process, a step that ensures only well-prepared research moves forward for presentation at regional, national, and international scientific conferences. The journal supports WPU's broader role as a center for advanced education and professional training in fields such as agriculture, fisheries, forestry, engineering, environmental science, education, arts and sciences, and rural development, among others. By publishing this research, the University strengthens its contribution not only to academic knowledge but also to the communities and industries these fields serve. Each volume reflects the collective effort of the WPU community, researchers, faculty, and students working together to advance research, innovation, and extension work that supports a more progressive and sustainable society.
